Creating unsurpassed Lifestyles!
Building Lifestyles for boomers...
In the next 10 years more than 44 million baby boomers will turn 50. By 2025, it is estimated that 35 percent of the nation's population will be 50 or older. According to the National Association of homebuilders, nearly half of baby boomers expect that they will move into another home upon retirement. While retirement-age buyers are not the only demographic group on the market, it makes good business sense for WCI to continue developing communities that appeals to this fast growing segment of the population. |
| So how do we draw these buyers? WCI do it by providing unsurpassed lifestyles. Buying a WCI residence, whether a traditional home or a condominium is about buying a lifestyle. A significant part of the lifestyle that attract buyers is the amenities found on premises. Today's active adults are looking for more amenities in their community than ever before. They are no longer satisfied with just golf and dining. They want Internet cafes, sport clubs, nature trails and baseball fields Last year WCI was recognized as the second largest active adult homebuilder in the nation. they understand that prospective buyers will be looking for just the right community-one with the right amenities, the right neighbors, the right housing; in short the right LIFESTYLE. |

TUSCANY RESERVE (North Naples)
In an unusual collaboration, Greg Norman and Pete Dye joined together to design a unique 18- hole golf course for Tuscany Reserve. Construction of the course began last year and grassing is scheduled to begin this summer. The course, which will be open exclusively to members and their guests, is anticipated to open for play in late 2004. |

In addition, a three-story clubhouse facility has been planned for Tuscany Reserve. It will include casual and formal dining, a spa and fitness center, a pool, men's and women's locker rooms, a golf shop, as well as a sauna and steam rooms. The 29,000-square foot facility will also house four guest suites, which members can reserve for their overnight guests. Construction of the golf studio which will serve as the interim clubhouse, should begin this summer and it is anticipated to open early in 2004.
